PAYMENT Payment can be made by debit or credit card using the secure payment system Pay Pal. Please ensure that all cheques are accompanied by an additional note, clearly stating the names of those in the party, contact details and arrival and departure dates.
BOOKING CONDITIONS Payment - Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit for 30% of the rental price. (Full payment is required if booking within 60 days of departure.)
- Balance of the holiday cost must be received not less than 60 days before departure.
- When making your balance payment you will be required to put down a Damages Deposit which will be fully refundable (subject to terms listed below in 'Your Responsibilities').
- If payments due are not received within the allocated time, we reserve the right to treat the holiday as cancelled by you. In this case your 30% deposit will not be refunded unless we are informed of your wish to cancel no less than 60 days before your departure.
- Should you wish to amend your booking, we will do our best to satisfy your requirements. However changes to your holiday will be treated as a cancellation if alternative dates cannot be found.
- Payment in Pounds Sterling can be made by credit or debit card using the secure payment system Pay Pal. Alternatively payment can be made by either personal or bankers cheque or bank transfer.

Your Responsibilities You are responsible: - For the property and you are expected to take all reasonable care of it.
- For leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition.
- For any damage to the property and its contents which is caused by you, a member of your party, or any person you invite to the property.
- We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance which provides personal liability protection.
Arrival & Departure - Rental takes affect from 12:00H on the day of arrival.
- Rental finishes at 10:00H on the day of departure.

Party Size - Maximum occupancy will be advised at the time of booking and includes adults and children over 2 years, and may not be exceeded.
